tell her all the good things about having a cell phone. like how she can keep in touch with you when you go out with friends etc. also ask for a texting plan so she doesnt have to call you everytime she wants to check up on you. i played this card when i was 9 and it worked. maybe if you can prove you are mature enough handle a cell phone she'll let you go over to this guy's house. my mom let me have a bf when i was 12 because i was mature and was able to handle the phone. but talk to her about boundaries with guys. my boundaries with guys are: no closed doors, adult has to be home, shoot a text to her about every hour to make sure you are ok, mom has to meet his parents and NO SEX! i have this many allowances because my mom trust me. dont do anything you couldnt tell your parents. the more she trusts you the more priveledges you'll have. good luck

Shadow-long haired black cat-the fussy old lady of the house-she likes to sleep-and its her bed….so everyone else better get off! and she doesn't really play with toys–but has a pen and pencil compulsion-if you put any on the bed around her she must kill them…and fling them off the bed with a vengeance. She also likes to be chased by the tabbies occasionally–esp when Smidge is doing the chasing–she HATES Smudgie—because he LUVS her and wants to snuggle with her-she won't have any of it….
Smudge-white with big tabby splotches–one of the tabby brothers-he's a snuggler and likes to spoon with me-he loves to get belly rubs and really luvs Shadow–one day he will get on her good side-he's determined! Smudgie loves his creature comforts. He'd pretty much prefer sleeping and snuggling to anything else in life. He likes to wake me up at 3am just to say hi and get a few pets….
Smidge-also one of the tabby brothers-a big "bulldog" cat who struts around like a tuffie but will run for the hills at the first sign of trouble. He likes to tackle Smudige whenever he gets a chance. He likes to chase the other cats around in the morning starting at about 5:30 am. Smidgie also keeps me company while I eat dinner. He likes a little ear rubbing and string game. Smidge's main role in the house is to protect his sister Sissy.
Sissy-twin tabby sister to Smidgie—she hates me…won't let me near her—she has decided that I am evil incarnate and needs her brother Smidgie to escort her through the house. she will cry for him if he is away from her side for too long. she gives him dirty looks when he sits with me at dinner. she and smidgie actually walk through the house with tails entwined giving each other head butts….soooo ca-ute that I don't mind that she hates me….she was the mommy to Sweet Pea…my very special tiny baby cat who got cancer and died this summer.
